At The Little OT Co, we provide personalised occupational therapy to support your child’s everyday participation, independence and confidence. Our services are tailored to your child’s individual strengths, interests, needs and goals.
Below is an overview of our appointments, assessments and additional services to help you understand what we offer and plan the next steps in your child’s OT journey. The Little OT Co is a private billing practice, with payment required at the time of service.

A little note: Appointment fees include the face-to-face session and associated clinical administration. Formal assessment reports and written letters are not included in appointment fees and are charged separately where required. Please let us know when booking if you require a report or letter.

funding & PAYMENT
The Little OT Co is a private billing practice, with payment required at the time of service. We support families accessing occupational therapy services through a range of funding options, including:

NDIS Funding – self-managed and plan-managed participants

Medicare – Chronic Disease Management (CDM) – where recommended by your child's GP

Private Health Insurance – depending on your individual level of cover

Private/Self-Funded – families can choose to privately fund OT services
A paid invoice will be emailed following your child's appointment, which you can use to claim your eligible Private Health or Medicare rebate. For Medicare-funded appointments, your child's GP will also need to complete and provide the appropriate referral before your first appointment at The Little OT Co.
Prior to commencing services, families will be provided with our Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy outlining our service terms, fees and cancellation requirements. Families are responsible for checking their individual funding eligibility and claiming requirements before commencing services at The Little OT Co.
Please note that all fees are subject to review and are aligned with the NDIS Price Guide and industry standards.
